Membership Freeze

Membership Freeze Terms:

You're allowed to temporarily freeze your membership for any given reason.

To initiate a membership freeze, you must submit your request at least ten (10) business days prior to your intended start date. Any requests made after this timeframe will take effect only after the next scheduled payment cycle, and please note, all membership dues paid are final and non-refundable.

Once your selected freeze duration ends, your membership will automatically reactivate, resuming the usual payment schedule. Should you need an extension, it's necessary to fill out and submit a new request form before the current freeze period concludes, adhering to the initial request conditions.

In the event you decide to cancel your membership while it's frozen, the standard cancellation notice as outlined in our membership terms still applies. Should you wish to rejoin post-cancellation, please be aware that the membership rates at the time of your reactivation will apply, which are subject to change.
