Eiichiro Oda's 'Monsters' Manga Reveals Key Visuals And January 2024 Netflix Premiere
Netflix has unveiled a new visual and character visuals for the anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's "Monsters: Ippaku Sanjō Hiryū Jigoku" one-shot manga, setting the debut for January 2024. The English title for the anime is revealed as Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation.

When One Piece News Couldn't Get Any Better! MONSTERS Anime Adaptation Incoming!
MONSTERS debuted as a one-shot in the 1994 Shonen Jump Autumn Special before finding its place in Eiichiro Oda’s WANTED! collection of one-shots in 1998. The story centres around the samurai Ryuma, whose life gets entangled when a stolen Dragon Horn adds complexity to his journey.
Interestingly, despite predating One Piece, MONSTERS and Ryuma's tales are considered part of the lore within Oda’s epic world.
The trailer reveals exciting news that MONSTERS will be directed and composed by Sunghoo Park, known for directing JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 and the series' first season, at his studio E&H production. The anime is expected to have the duration of a single TV anime episode. As of now, no specific release date has been announced for MONSTERS.
