We are back again with another interclub to help the young stars exercise their skills.

 Gyms and coaches please message us via Instagram or Facebook with your interest and email address. 

We will send you a Google document link to add students' names etc.  All details are on the poster. T

his is a family-friendly day with controlled bouts, however, more experienced fighters can have real fun.

My message to you:

Miah Bros are back with another interclub giving the residents of Portslade/Brighton more opportunities to test their skills against other fighters in the area.

With a cage and boxing ring, prepare for a day of K1, Muay Thai and MMA.

If you are from the area, please show your support as the community will only grow if we all work together.
